What motivated you to obtain your educational/career goals?

Knowing that my life isn’t just about me, but the young woman I am raising. 

What steps did you take to achieve those goals?

Perseverance.

Describe any obstacles or barriers that you encountered along your path.
Time. Raising my daughter on my own meant sacrifices, such as taking only 1 or 2 classes at a time. 

What advice do you have for college students?

Don’t go out every weekend. Limit it to twice a month. You will get much more work done. Your future self will thank you.
